Or at least, it used to be 3 servers, a while ago they started grouping several servers together as one of the 3 to balance the player counts a bit.
2 new master tracks (boat and fishing) There will be 5 new mastery tracks, not 2. Movement skills are essentially unusable on controller. Not being able to specify what direction you want to teleport to is kind of a deep breaker. Not being able to specify distance is also annoying, but more understandable. Here and there a few bugs happen but overall a very fluid and smooth experience.
