Run the game as admin and let it finish optimizing. It should prevent significant stuttering and you only have to do it once (unless you change settings). Tell it in nvidia profile to use max power for the game. This tip doesn't work for everyone unfortunately.

IIRC the Battlefront 2 campaign had the same issue for a while until it was fixed, so hopefully we get a fix soon. There also seems to be a weird effect on the lightsaber when Vsync is turned on.
Two of the worst PC ports released this year, Jedi: Survivor and The Last of Us Part 1, were pushed back to give their developers more time for polish. The only thing remotely close to Jedi Survivor is Jedi Fallen Order, and I’d bet most everyone that wants the sequel on day one already played the original.
